KnitMesh Technologies launches non-mesh products

KnitMesh Technologies, the specialist knitted wire design, development, and manufacturing company, has commenced supply of non-mesh components in order to support customer needs.

Peter Evans, KnitMesh Technologies' General Manager, said "Many customers were asking us for supply of assemblies consisting of our knitted mesh parts and associated components. We have now responded to this need and are already supplying completed assemblies to several customers".

KnitMesh Technologies’ Research and Development programme will still be focussed on the core technology of knitted mesh, but this addition to the product range offers customers the following advantages:-

• Reduce the number of bought in components reducing the number of suppliers.
• Reduce in-house assembly operations reducing cost.
• The complete assembly can be comprehensively tested at KnitMesh Technology’s extensive laboratories near Chester, UK.

All components can be manufactured under industry leading systems including TS16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001.
