The interview process

KnitMesh Technologies is made up of highly creative, enthusiastic individuals who fit well into our organisational culture. It is, therefore, in our interest, as well as yours, to ensure that you are the sort of person who will thrive in our organisation.

To help make sure we get along famously, we operate a two-way interview process that has been designed to be both informative and enjoyable. This process begins with the candidate's submission of a CV and their possible short-listing for an informal first interview. If successful at this stage, candidates are then invited to attend a longer second interview, which may include a site tour and psychometric testing.
